With hundreds of mailboxes, the Sheppard AFB mailroom is ready to support all residents living in the dormitories. Mail is sorted and distributed as soon as it arrives so there is no wait time. We also conduct in/out processing for all dormitory personnel. Your unit CSS/First Sergeant has the forms required to fill out and bring with you for in-processing.

Sheppard AFB offers a General Delivery service which is good for 90 days while house hunting or settling into the dormitories. Personnel wanting to use our General Delivery Service to forward their mail can use the following address format below. Once you have established a permanent residence, please stop by this office to fill out a USPS change of address card. We can forward your mail for a period not to exceed 12 months.
