*UPDATED DoD USID Card Guidance*

Due to the continued spread of COVID-19, the DoD has extended the temporary policy guidance for Uniformed Services ID cards expiring on/after 1 Jan 2020 until 30 Jun 2021. These expired ID cards may continue to be used to access military installations and benefits through 30 June 2021. This policy DOES NOT apply to Common Access Cards which can be renewed if the member is within 30 days of expiration. Additional information can be found at: https://www.cac.mil/Coronavirus/


Customer Support handles several programs including ID/Agent cards, Service Group Life Insurance, DEERS enrollments, and base in-processing. Emergency personnel, AiTs that have lost their ID card, and personnel that require a CAC pin reset do not require an appointment.
