Customer Support Office
Customer Support is your first stop upon arriving to Team Sheppard. We are located in Bldg. 402 on 5th Avenue, Room 108, and our office hours are 0800-1600 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday and 0900-1600 Thursday. Upon arrival, all 82 Training Wing military members are required to in-process with us within 24 hours. Permissive house hunting may be authorized after you are in-processed and gained to Sheppard.
Our ID Card/DEERS Office has transitioned to 100% appointment-based for creating/renewing all IDs. However, to support the mission and the community, we will accept walk-in customers between the hours of 0800 and 1300. Members can go online to schedule an appointment for the Sheppard AFB DEERS office at the RAPIDS Appointment Website. Choose a date and time and enter your information. You can also update your DEERS information at our location with no need for an appointment. Members can also find the site nearest you by going to the RAPIDS Site Locator. To obtain an Agent Letter:
The installation commander's authority to extend the use of AAFES and Commissary facilities to an agent of an authorized user can be approved with the following documents: Military ID or Dependent ID Card, Driver's License, Social Security Card, letter from doctor documenting disability and duration for escort or agent request, Power of Attorney (for deploying members CED orders), Divorce Decree/Court Order stating authorized user resides with an unauthorized member/parent and the military member provides over 50% support for that individual.

ID Cards/DEERS Updates, Sponsorship/In processing, SGLI, vRED, Leave, Family Care Plan, Joint Spouse Intent Codes, Citizenship, Line of Duty Determinations, Adoption Reimbursement and Agent Letters.
